Is the Dock AI widget available on every Dock plan?
Yes, Dock AI is currently available on every Dock plan—including the free plan.
How do Dock AI credits work?
Right now, every Dock user gets 50 free AI credits per month. Each AI request uses one credit.
This is a temporary allocation while we fine-tune the system. Over time, your monthly credit allotment will align with your plan:
- Free & Starter: Limited credits
- Growth: More credits
- Enterprise: The most credits, plus the ability to set up custom AI credit plans
Can I edit the AI-generated content?
Yes! You can refine AI-generated content with additional prompts or edit it like any other text in your Dock workspace. For example, before adding an AI-generated section into the workspace, you can say “Turn this into a table” to format the content as a table.
Can I edit the prompts?
Yes, kind of. You can create content using your own custom prompt with the "Something else" option. You can also add custom instructions in addition to our built-in prompts to refine AI-generated content.
What can I upload as source material?
As of right now, you can use any text or document as source material. Dock users with the Gong integration installed can also use recent Gong call transcripts.
How does the Gong integration work?
If you’ve set up the Dock-Gong integration, a list of your recent Gong call transcripts will appear when you select Gong as a source.
