Dock Increases Visibility Across the Customer Lifecycle

We’ve updated Dock’s workspace dashboard to give customers visibility into customer lifecycle stages. 

Dock pulls in CRM stages (account or opportunity) so you can easily visualize all of your different workspaces across the funnel. We expect this feature to be useful for sales reps and sales leaders who want to get a sense of how deals are progressing through the sales cycles.

From talking to customers (especially people who work in customer success or agencies / service firms), we’ve found that CRM stages don’t always give internal teams enough insight into customer progress during an implementation. Most of the time, these stages are tailored for the sales team. 

Based on this insight, we’ve added the ability to add custom stages for Dock workspaces. For example, customers can set up post-sales stages for onboarding and ongoing relationships. Here’s what this would look like: 

You can easily move workspaces between stages via drag and drop. 

Within this card view, we’ve added the ability to visualize plan progress on hover, so you can quickly see how a customer is moving through the steps in the shared project plan.

Lastly, we’ve updated our filtering system, so you can easily dive deep on different Team workspace or filter for specific people at the company.
